Suggested Tea Marinade Matches
• Lapsang Souchang Tea - chicken or turkey

• Early Grey Tea - lamb or pork

• Jasmine or Rose Pouchong Tea - fruit salads

Add Extra Flavour With Tea Marinades
• Soak sultanas in cold tea before mixing into fruit breads, cakes or British scones

• Soak dried mushrooms in a very light infusion of Lapsang Souchang before cooking
