Tea Party Diva - Life & Craft

Every fairy, elf, sprite, leprechaun and tiny forest creature needs a toadstool, magic or otherwise. A fairy tea party definitely needs them.

These fairy toadstools are not only fun, but nutritious too.

Ingredients

• small hard boiled eggs
• small round tomatoes
• cream cheese

Method

• You need one tomato half for each egg
• Slice a little off the bottom of a cooled shelled egg, to help it sit flat
• Place a dob of cream cheese on a plate and stand the egg on this
• Top the egg with a dob of cream chese.
• Cut each tomato in half and remove seeds
• Add small dots of cream cheese over the tomato half to make the fairy toadstool cap
• Sit the seeded tomato upside down on top of the egg
• Repeat for as many fairy tea party toadstools as required

Variations
For tiny fairy toadstools, cut a cheese stick into 6-8 lengths
Top with halved seeded cherry tomatoes
